I believe we need to teach our children how important they are at a young age and ensure they develop an unbreakable opinion of how worthy they are. Life throws you a lot of challenges but with the knowledge of self-worth, our children can reach their full potential and become successful, well-adjusted positive adults.

It also teaches them how to take care of themselves and others, which will help them develop a sense of self-worth.
