Emotional needs are the basic requirements for emotional well-being and mental health.

They are essential for our emotional intelligence and overall happiness in life.

This is extremely difficult when you have kids, as we tend to put them and everyone else’s needs in front of ours. I know I did and nearly lost my identity.

The emotional needs include the need to feel safe, secure, valued, accepted, respected, and loved.
It is important to not forget that when these needs are met, we can experience a sense of connection with others and a feeling of fulfillment in our lives. This can also be lost during the busy days of parenthood.

Understanding our emotional needs is important because it helps us to identify what we need to be happy and healthy in life.

In this article, we will discover 10 hobbies to help you meet your emotional needs and feel fulfilled in life.
