 Many studies have shown, there can be many benefits to being grateful, including happiness, increase self-esteem, improve friendships and the list goes on. Some people believe that if they possessed more things, have more money, or had better luck, they would be more grateful. However, the number of things that you accumulate will not affect your attitude or situation. Gratitude is an attitude that can easily be cultivated, no matter your current situation. I believe and so do many others, that with Gratitude, positive things will likely happen! Start a Self-Love Routine

“Self-love is important to living well. It influences who you pick for a mate, the image you project at work, and how you cope with the problems in your life.” You need to get enough rest and relaxation. Start taking care of your body. You are stuck with it. If you don’t take care of it now, you will have to bear the consequences later on. By taking care of your body and loving yourself, you will become happier!

Stop and Smell The Flowers

Another way to cultivate gratitude and positivity is to change the way you think about your day by just stopping and smelling the flowers for a moment. Actively try to catch yourself before you get overwhelmed with negative thoughts or feelings. Take a walk and feel grateful for those things around you, like the oxygen being provided by the trees around you. This simple activity can give you the opportunity to view a stressful situation in a new way.

Find Something Positive in the Negative

Before you get upset about what seems to be a difficult situation, take a moment to shift that negative thought into one that is positive. If you're stuck at a red light, look at it as a chance to meditate or get into a calmer state before getting home. Researchers continue to explore the effects of positive thinking, which may be:
