I have recently started making my own Aromatherapy Wellness Bath Salts and now I make sure to have baths more regularly.

It is like a recharge for your body, mind and spirit!

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to improve one's mood and mental well-being. Add this with the below ingredients and it equals heaven. 😇

Bath salts are usually used for relaxation or to relieve muscle pain. They come in various shapes, sizes, and colours.

This post will explain the benefits of an Aromatherapy Wellness Bath Salts and my favourite recipe for you to try 🤗

Wellness Aromatherapy Salts

What Are The Benefits Of Using Aromatherapy Wellness Bath Salts.

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to improve your health. The oils are extracted from plants, flowers, and fruits.

The benefits of aromatherapy can vary depending on the type of oil you choose and how you use it. However, some common benefits include:

- relief from stress

- improved sleep

- relief from pain - relaxation

- reduced inflammation

- improved mood

The other ingredients are also included to improve skin and relax your muscles.

This sounds great, doesn't it?

Below is my favourite Aromatherapy  Wellness Bath Salts recipe:


    Supplies needed:

    • Mixing Bowl
    • Jar with lid


    • Combine salts and baking soda in a small bowl
    • In a separate bowl mix the essential oils and carrier oil
    • Add oil mixture to salts and stir, breaking up any clumps.
    • Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dark place.
    • Use 1/2-1 cup per bath


    I know what you are saying...I am too busy for baths! This is the time for us to start looking after ourselves. If we do not put time aside for our self-care, stress, and anxiety can take over our lives and other health-related issues. I believe it is important for us to schedule in time for our relaxation and here is a perfect cheap option.
