As it's getting colder here in Melbourne and those near us, I thought I would create this blog to help prepare for when Winter really hits. No-one likes getting sick and worse no-one wants their kids to get sick..Preparing for Winter now may save us from possible sickness and days off later. These essential oils are alternative but they can work. As soon as your kids or yourself start to see symptoms of a cold I would highly suggest adding some of these essential oils to your routine. My son just recently avoided a cold with the help of doTERRA Easy Air and Lavender, therefore I would highly recommend giving these a try. If you have any questions or other suggested essential oils please let me know 😊

Have fun in your self-healing journey!
