Smoothies are a great way to start or finish your day. This smoothie is high in antioxidants and healthy fats for the keto eating plan. With Lime Essential oil thrown in, as it is known to be a great cleanser and a study from 2016 concluded in their results that citrus essential oils, in general, demonstrate significant anti-inflammatory effects.
Whether you want to have this for breakfast, lunch or a snack this combination of good fats, protein and berries will be a nutritious tasty addition to your day.


Keto Raspberry Lime Smoothie


2 cup frozen raspberries

⅔ cup light coconut milk or almond milk

½ Avocado

2–3 drops of Lime oil

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Shredded coconut

Shaved dark chocolate


  1. In a blender, combine frozen fruit, coconut milk, chia seeds, and Lime oil.

2. Puree until the mixture is smooth.

3. Pour into the glass top with other berries such as blueberries.

Tips: Other additional ingredients Protein Powder, Spinach, Spirulina/Green Powder.
