How can Kinesiology help?

Kinesiology is a very relaxing and gentle treatment used to treat a wide range of issues associated with imbalance and stress. Below are some ways, but not limited to, how Kinesiology can help:

What to Expect in a Session.

Our sessions will commence with a short chat about what you would like to focus on during the session. An agreed goal/aim is created prior to every session. This goal could be around:

  • Increasing your energy
  • To be more happy and positive
  • To be confident at an upcoming interview or event
  • To quit smoking or something similar
  • Let go of unwanted emotions

Once a goal is established you can stand or lie down on the massage table, fully dressed minus shoes, and I will use muscle testing (a gentle method of communicating with the body) to determine the best methods to balance your body to your goal.

How long will a session be?

A Kinesiology session can be around an hour. This is not a get fixed quick healing, I would recommend a 2-3 session commitment to start seeing/feeling a change if Kinesiology is for you.
