How can Reiki help?

Reiki is an alternative healing technique. Reiki does not cure diseases or illness but can assist in managing symptons and improve your overall well-being. Below are some ways, but not limited to, how Reiki can help:

What to Expect in a Session.

Our session will commence with a short chat about what you would like to focus on during the session, any questions you have and your expectations. Please advise me of any prior injuries.

You will then be ready to lie down on your back on the massage table, fully dressed, minus shoes and socks. Depending on your preference there can be soft relaxing music playing and/or essential oils diffused.

Once you feel comfortable you can close your eyes and I will commence the Reiki treatment going to where your body needs the most energy work.

The aim is for you to feel as relaxed as possible, for this will increase the results of success for the session.

How long will a session be?

A Reiki session can be around an hour. This is not a get fixed quick healing, you may find you feel different after the session and plenty of rest and water is recommended. I would suggest a 2-3 session commitment is needed to start seeing/feeling a change if Reiki is the treatment for you.
