Your happiness with your order is really important to us so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review the below policy and if you have further questions please email me on Jodi@balancemehappy.com.au.

Returns

Our policy lasts 40 days to allow for any postage delays on certain products. If 40 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As we are only a small family run business we can only offer a refund or exchange if the product is faulty/damaged or not matching description. It must also be in the original packaging with all parts of the item intact. Changing mind or taking too long to ship is not a valid reason for return or refund, there are always different circumstances and this is under Manager’s discretion.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me on Jodi@balancemehappy.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will need proof of purchase and proof of how and why the product is defective or damaged. If this is the case please email me at Jodi@Balancemehappy.com.au and with agreement, I will provide you with an address. Shipping will be at the Buyers expense.

Shipping

Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
